week sixteen
Well, I've only got 4.4 lbs. to go to meet my Weight Watchers goal... I originally thought it would be the end of June before I met that goal but now I am thinking it may be a bit sooner. Maybe more like the middle of June :~)
Well, I have successfully worked my way up to the longest, most intense workout my treadmill has to offer. It is a 40 minute workout with speeds up to 6 mph and an incline up to 10.
I hit a new low this morning and I'm flirting with the 130s ;~)
