keeping it off...

The last couple of months I have gained, .2 in January and .4 in February for a total of .6 since before Christmas. That's 6 tenths of a pound -- not 6 pounds! So, that's really, really good! But, I'd still like to get that off and a couple of more pounds too. I'd still like to get that illusive 50 pound star :~) So, over the next week or so, before our weigh in the first Thursday of March I'm working hard and having some 20 point days. We'll see how it plays out...

1 Year Later...

Our February Weight Watcher's Meeting was last Thursday night. I was up 4 tenths of a lb. Not bad. The group has now lost OVER 300 POUNDS! Incredible! It was one year ago this month (the 10th) that we all began this journey. I'm a different person than I was 1 year ago. We have new people that have joined us. Some original members are still losing. Some of us are on maintenance, others dropped out. I think many people learn the program and don't want to pay the weekly fees. They think they will just "do it on their own", but they don't. The weekly meeting are really the key to success! It is WELL worth the $9, $12, or $15 that it cost you.
