weighing in...

Well, you're not going to believe this one. I GAINED 4.8 lbs.! I think it has something to do with the 19-mile run I ran on Saturday. I've been up ever since and I believe it is residual fluid build up in my joints. We'll watching it closely over the next few days - week and see if it doesn't subside. THAT was a shocker! 4.8 lbs.! WoW! I looked in the mirror and I couldn't find it!

I'm sure it's muscle. They say muscle weighs more that fat but is denser and takes up less space. :)
