week thirteen

I feel really, really great and am so encouraged that I haven't hit some sort of plateau yet. I am trying to keep myself mentally prepared for the inevitable plateau. I'm sure it will happen at some points, probably the last 5 lbs.

I spent 2+ hours Saturday moving one college aged child from the 3rd floor of one dorm to the 1st floor of another (which incidentally, you have to climb 2 sets of stairs to get to) and another college aged child from the 2nd floor dorm to home. OH my aching calves! There must be some muscles there that you don't use to run or walk. It's make it difficult to keep up my running but so far I have. I have to race this Saturday!
