week fourteen
I'm going to have to shake some things up this week to force my body to respond and get over this hump (the brick wall I've hit). I only have 10 more lbs. to go. I'm not discouraged or surprised that I gained .4 last week instead of losing. I didn't do anything different. I didn't eat anything I wasn't supposed to or stop exercising or anything like that. It just happens and I feel that I was as mentally prepared for it and expecting it as I could be.
My plan of attack? I will this week not eat my exercise points and see if that gives my body the extra boost to get over the hump. That means 20 points a day and no more.
Let's see what happens...
My daughter and I ran a 5K race on Saturday. She won 1st place in her age category! I took 5 whole minutes off my time from the 5K we ran last month. Next month, I will run a 5K with my son - his first.
