motivation
These are jus a few ideas I gleaned from a friend about loosing the weight for good:
- Change how you think about food. Eat to live, don't live to eat.
- Choose a plan you can live with because this is going to be a lifestyle change.
- Park further and further from work, shopping, etc. and take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator.
- Drink lots of water.
- Discard of all of the clothes that have become to big.
- Always keep one NEW outfit in the closet that is too small. Try it on regularly!
- Remember that this will take time. You didn’t gain it overnight and you can't expect to lose it overnight.
